Click the Help link in the blue vertical menu of Canvas.

Select from the menu provided:

  • Chat with Canvas Support
  • Call Canvas Support Hotline: 1(877)703 -3906
  • Ask your Instructor a Question: Ask your instructor questions about course material or send them a message
  • Search the Canvas Guides: Search the Canvas Guides for information about Canvas features 
  • Report a Problem: Submit technical issues to the Canvas support team
